Posting the Job Ad
Under the direction of the Client, scripting a detailed job ad and posting is the most important step in starting the Recruitment Process. We post our job descriptions on nationally recognized websites like Career Builder, Monster, Indeed and RI Jobs and have been very successful with the recognition brought from our postings.
Reviewing Resumes
Hundreds of resumes may flood any job posting which can be overwhelming. We individualize each member of our team to each job listing so they can personally compare and contrast each candidate; ultimately, creating a smaller more qualified pool to chose from.
Telephone Screening
A probing screening form is used to find the right candidate. Many times the prospective candidate can only be reached after business hours due to the discretion of their job search. Therefore, commitment of time to the prospective candidate is emphasized during this step of the process.
Formal Quality Transitions Interview
Matching a face with a voice is imperative to consecrate the screening process with a formal interview either at our offices or at a neutral midpoint location. This step is vital to ascertain energy level, verbal and non verbal communication skills, and general attitude of the candidate.
Applications and Background Checks
Once qualified candidates fill out job applications for the respective position, the process continues with Background Reference Checks on previous employment, then at the discretion of the Client, additional checks are offered: Citizen Qualification, Driver's License History, Criminal, Credit, Worker's Compensation, and Employment/Educational Verification. This further solidifies the integrity of the candidate.
Client Interview
Our candidate(s) are now completely qualified to interview with the Client. The foundational steps have been met. Our goal is to only send at most, three highly qualified candidates to our Client in which to make the employment decision. We guarantee it will be a difficult decision too.
The Offer…and Acceptance!
Congratulations! The Offer Letter has been presented and our candidate accepts! Nothing is more exciting in one's professional career than the feeling of getting that new job with tremendous opportunity and growth.
The Exit Interview Process…and Rejection
Our staff provides an Exit Interview process for those candidates not selected for the position. The human side of what we do often bridges various emotions of disappointment to encouraging those candidates another opportunity will come that they may qualify better for.

Most employers do not understand the Value of a Quality Orientation. We finalize the Quality Placement with a thorough Orientation/Onboarding process that makes the new employee feel welcomed, trained, and prepared for their new job, that will assist in long term retention.
